The Sales and Marketing Council is the marketing arm of the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado. Its mission is to help council members learn new marketing techniques through accredited educational programs, networking with others in the housing industry and informational monthly meetings. At the monthly meetings, members hear about new housing developments coming on line, innovative housing design and trends in the home building industry and happenings in our communities that affect new home construction. There are 150+ members of the Sales and marketing Council from throughout Northern Colorado. Members are real estate professionals and affiliated members who serve the real estate industry.
